MeadowLakes I is one of the oldest and most scenic neighborhoods in Rock Hill that feels secluded and peaceful with large lots and spring-fed lakes.  It is a quaint neighborhood comprised of 112 homes situated between Main St. and McConnells Hwy.  We are close to historic OldTown for shopping, dining and entertainment, and only 20 minutes away from the major metropolitan city of Charlotte, NC.  The residents are friendly and welcoming and take pride in keeping our neighborhood clean and safe. We are currently renovating our neighborhood facilities to create a multi-use park that all of the residents can enjoy. Our annual dues are only $240.00 per year, and MeadowLakes I sits just outside of city limits allowing residents to take advantage of lower property taxes.
